Writing Set

Challenge

Templates that live inside a content builder have to work for writers the author will never meet. The Writing Set needed enough range — dozens of distinct section layouts — to feel considered in any article, while staying minimal and consistent enough that a non-designer could drop one in, swap the words, and still end up with something composed.

Process

   Templates

   Designed a family of section layouts across multiple categories, sharing one restrained typographic system so the whole set reads as a set rather than a grab bag.

2. 02Step

   Build

   Produced them as clean, drop-in ContentBox.js sections, including text-only variants for writers who want words to do the work and image-supported ones for everything else.

3. 03Step

   Care details

   Spent the last stretch on the parts collections usually skip — typesetting niceties, a consistent spacing rhythm, and layouts that still hold up when someone removes the background image and strips it back to text.

Outcome

A released pack of 100+ minimalist section templates, sold through InnovaStudio, that helps an everyday article look intentional and quiet — without asking the writer to think like a designer.
